The Rane Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Customer Service professional to greet patients, collect information, and schedule or register services.

You will verify payer details, obtain authorizations, and communicate with multiple departments; fluency in Spanish is preferred. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, strong data entry, and confidentiality, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• High school education or equivalent required/preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Able to accurately enter and interpret data.
• Able to adapt and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively with clients and co-workers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Able to follow complex written or verbal instructions.
• Willing to take on on-call shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Greets patients and families in person or on the telephone.
• Obtains demographic, third party payer and financial information to schedule or register patients.
• Obtains authorization, referrals, and collects payments as required.
• Verifies third party payer information and seeks authorization for services.
• Documents activity in the computer system and QA notes.
• Obtains consents and directs families accordingly.
• Notifies patient of deductibles, co-pays, balances and deposits.
• Communicates with departments to accommodate special needs for patients.
• Scans documents in the PEDS system.
• Schedules physician or hospital services and confirms appointments two days prior.
