Pscfl in Naples, FL is seeking a Customer Service professional to greet patients, collect information, schedule/register services, and obtain authorizations.

You will verify payer details, explain deductibles, and coordinate with departments while maintaining confidentiality and delivering courteous support. Fluency in Spanish is a plus; HS diploma required.

This role also involves data entry, document scanning, and on-call shifts as needed.

Competenze

• 1-3 years customer service experience.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Medical or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Able to accurately enter and interpret data.
• Able to adapt and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with clients and co-workers.
• Able to serve customers with courtesy and respect.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to follow complex written or verbal instructions to solve problems.

• Able to take and respond to on-call shift or shifts as assigned on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and families in person or by phone.
• Obtain demographic, payer, financial, medical info and ID to schedule/register.
• Obtain authorization and referrals and collect payments as required.
• Verify payer information and obtain approvals for services.
• Document activity in the QA system.
• Obtain consents for treatment and guide families to waiting area.
• Notify Risk Management if a non-guardian is present.
• Explain deductibles and out-of-pocket costs; collect payments.
• Coordinate with departments to accommodate special needs.
• Scan documents into the PEDS system.
• Schedule physician or hospital services and confirm appointments.
