Qualifications

• Proficiency in navigating multiple software programs and handling detail-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient access functions including scheduling, insurance verification, and registration.
• Serve as liaison between patients, staff, physicians, and insurance providers.
• Enter accurate scheduling and insurance data to initiate financial clearance.
• Assist with transcribing orders or verifying referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
