Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• 1+ years in customer service or office setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic information.
• Verify benefits and assist with scheduling and post-discharge care.
• Collect copays/payments and balance accounts.
• Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule and discharge patients per guidelines.
