Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records accurate demographic and insurance information from patients for entry into the EHR.
• Collects co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance; performs cashiering duties and balanced cash drawer.
• Verifies insurance coverage and determines patient out-of-pocket expenses.
• Explains consent forms and answers questions in a professional, customer-focused manner.
