Responsibilities

• Checks in and registers patients, verifies demographics and insurance info.
• Discusses and collects co-pays and out-of-pocket responsibilities.
• Answers phones, screens calls, and assists patients with directions and logistics.
• Monitors EHR work queues and maintains patient confidentiality.
