• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months healthcare setting or 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed 50 wpm required.
• Basic understanding of insurance and medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients at registration and direct them professionally.
• Enter patient information into the EHR and verify demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments/coinsurance.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering phones and scheduling.
• Perform visit closure activities and ensure accurate billing information.
• Provide clear directions and information to patients and visitors.
