Advocate Health is seeking a detail-oriented Registration Specialist to support patient intake, verify insurance, and collect payments. You will ensure accurate data entry into EPIC and maintain patient confidentiality while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create the initial electronic health record to foundation patient medical records.
• Check in and register patients; collect demographics, insurance and co-pays.
• Explain insurance basics and financial responsibilities to patients.
