Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create the initial electronic health record for patient care and safety.
• Check in/register patients; collect demographics, insurance and co-pay information.
• Explain insurance basics and refer to Financial Advocates as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
