Responsibilities

• Register and check in patients; collect demographics, insurance, and co-pays.
• Review insurance information; discuss financial responsibilities with patients.
• Ensure accurate data entry in electronic health records and scheduling.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Explain insurance coverage and coordinate with Financial Advocates when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with patient flow and inquiries.
• Operate commonly used office software and patient communication tools.
