Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient in EMR system accurately.
• Enter accurate demographic and financial information for registration.
• Provide exceptional customer service during encounters with patients and families.
• Schedule outpatients and assist with registration in various access areas.
• Explain billing procedures and assist patients with MyChart activation when applicable.
