Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately identifies patient in the EMR system.
• Obtains and enters demographic and financial information for registration.
• Provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors and OhioHealth physicians.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and secures authorizations as needed.
• Generates patient estimates and collects out-of-pocket expenses.
• Educates patients on MyChart activation and billing procedures.
