Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient in the EMR system accurately.
• Enter demographic and financial information via multiple channels to complete registration.
• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters.
• Perform registration duties in various Patient Access areas.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Educate patients on MyChart and hospital billing procedures.
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and maintain safe, efficient workflows.
