MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented healthcare access associate to serve as the preliminary contact for ambulatory practice and pathology patients. You will gather and analyze patient demographic and payor data to help maximize reimbursement for the MetroHealth System, and ensure accurate registration, scheduling, pre-certification and authorization for services.

The role requires HS Diploma or GED, CHAA certification, and candidates with relevant experience or education in

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience or education in medical billing or patient registration.
• CHAA certification preferred or required.
• Must pass PSR pre-employment and post-employment tests with specified scores.
