Qualifications

• Ability to collect accurate patient demographics and insurance information.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes and correctly register patients.
• Directs patients and visitors to the correct locations.
• Collects patient demographics and MSP information for Medicare patients; verifies patient identity.
• Obtains insurance information and copies of insurance cards when needed.
• Answers telephone promptly and courteously, transfers calls when needed.
