Rochester Regional Health is hiring an Access Associate for Reed Eye at 500 Kreag Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534. This full-time position (40 hours) requires a warm, welcoming presence and handles patient greeting, check-in/out, and payments. Schedule: M/W/Th/F 8–5, Tue 8–6.

Responsibilities include managing calls, completing patient registrations, verifying insurance, and coordinating precertifications when needed. Prioritizes patient service with strong communication.

Formación

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and families; perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Register patients, verify insurance eligibility and obtain precertifications when applicable.
• Process payments and manage billing-related tasks.
