Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 1 year customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and representatives and provide directions as needed.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures and processing payments.
• Schedule and preschedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain preauthorizations when applicable.
• Collect co-pays and other payments and provide cost estimates when appropriate.
• Set up new patient records via Care Connect and maintain accuracy of data.
