Job summary

The Patient Registration Representative at Children's Colorado provides administrative support and high-level customer service to patients, families, internal team members, providers and referring practices in admission, registration, insurance management functions, and check in/check out.

This full-time role in Broomfield (may float to Wheat Ridge/Uptown) supports registration quality and patient family experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.
• A relevant associate or bachelor’s degree may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient support services including registration, scheduling, greeting and directing patients.
• Handles insurance information, payment methods and financial responsibility communications.
• Maintains patient demographics, data entry, and confirms benefits/eligibility.
• answers calls for appointments and routing as needed; supports check-in/check-out processes.
• Conducts patient and family rounding to ensure comfort and service quality.
