Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.
• An associate or bachelor's degree may substitute for the required experience one-for-one.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient registration and scheduling support.
• Handles patient greetings, directions, and check-in/out.
• Manages insurance information and payment methods.
• Explains benefits and personal financial responsibility.
• Collects patient demographics and updates in the medical records system.
• Conducts patient family rounding to ensure comfort.
