Consensus Health, located in Bridgeton, New Jersey, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support the front desk and clinical staff. You will check-in/check-out patients, collect demographics, and handle payments using the Practice Management system. This non-exempt role reports to the Practice Manager and requires 1–2 years of experience.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, customer service, and accurate data entry. Candidates should be capable of multi-tasking in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer literacy required.
• 1–2 years of customer service/clerical experience.
• Experience in health or public sector helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Handle front desk operations and patient registration using the Practice Management system.
• Greet patients and input demographic information.
• Collect and input licenses, insurance information, and co-pays.
