Job summary

Responsibilities

• Register patients across hospital access points with accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Scan and index patient documents to support registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm and adjust patient appointments to ensure timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies following workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other channels per procedures.
