Job summary

The role requires 1–2 years of medical office experience, solid communication skills, and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; basic computer literacy.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in EMR and collect demographic and financial information.
• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
• Generate patient estimates and explain billing procedures.
• Process registrations and assist with offsite registrations as needed.
