OhioHealth is seeking a patient access registrar to begin the revenue cycle by collecting demographic and financial information, generating patient estimates, and ensuring accurate registration in the EMR system. You will interact with patients, families, visitors, and OhioHealth physicians, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 1–2 years of medical office experience, solid communication skills, and basic computer literacy.

This position begins the Revenue Cycle process by collecting accurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claim necessary to receive timely reimbursement. In addition, this position provides exceptional support and customer service during encounters with patients, families, visitors, and OhioHealth Physicians and associates. 6:30a-3p weekday 6a-2:30p rotating weekends Holiday requirements

High School or GED (Required)
