Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in an office clerical or customer service setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic website navigation.
• Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills.
• Complete role-specific revenue cycle training within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients have complete and accurate medical records.
• Explain services, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional patient service over the phone or in person.
• Navigate a multi-payer environment to resolve issues.
