Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience required; 8–12 years health care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and management skills; proven ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach and evaluate Patient Access staff for The James.
• Ensure scheduling accuracy and efficacious processes through reports and QA data.
• Coordinate QA data collection, process analysis and reporting mechanisms to measure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to budgets, program implementation and assurance of compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards.
