Job summary

• Assures accurate appointment, demographic and insurance information is gathered to support clinical and financial needs.
• Coordinates patient requests and satisfies their needs in one transaction.
• Communicates with clinical staff, medical secretaries and other staff to ensure customer and department needs are met.
• Always creates a positive first impression.
• Uses EMR, scheduling and registration systems, ABN, eligibility and document management software.
