Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients in EMR and handle financial data accurately.
• Greet patients with a warm, professional welcome.
• Collect, document, and scan demographic/financial information.
• Direct patients to appropriate setting and clarify any delays.
• Maintain professionalism per department policies.
• Estimate and collect copays, deductibles, and balances.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and department plans; process recurring visits.
• Utilize electronic registration tools (e.g., Wacom, iPad) when available.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
