Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients in EMR and document demographics and financial data.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Collect and scan required demographic and financial information.
• Direct patients to the appropriate setting and communicate delays.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with department policies and Meaningful Use requirements.
• Estimate and collect copays, deductibles, and other financial obligations.
• Assist with electronic registration tools where available.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
