Job summary

Vynca Inc. in the United States seeks a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, families, providers, and health plans. You will own inbound calls and direct referrals from intake to hand-off to EMA for outreach.

This role requires healthcare experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with EHR, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and telephony. Monday–Friday 8:30–5pm EST; some evenings or weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or medical/business office training preferred.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with EHR, Salesforce and telephony systems.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and referrals.
• Own intake for direct referrals from providers, hospitals, facilities and partners; hand off to EMA for outreach.
• Document call and intake details in real time; maintain databases and logs.
• Follow scripts and quality standards; participate in coaching and team huddles.
• Coordinate scheduling and pre-admission assessment; ensure accurate documentation.
