Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the front-line voice for patients, families, providers, and health plans in Provo, Utah. You will manage inbound calls and end-to-end direct referrals, handling intake, scheduling, and documentation, then handing fully prepped referrals to EMA for outreach.

You will document details in real time, maintain logs, and follow scripts and SLAs. A background in healthcare and bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience in palliative care, home health, hospice, discharge planning, or safety-net hospital settings preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Own all inbound calls as the primary point of contact.
• Own direct referrals end to end—from intake to scheduling and prep, then hand off to EMA.
• Document call and intake details in real time; maintain databases and logs.
• Follow scripts and quality standards; participate in coaching and team huddles.
• Support scheduling and pre-admission activities; ensure data accuracy across systems.
