Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first voice patients hear and to own inbound calls and end-to-end referrals from providers, hospitals, facilities, and partners.

You will manage intake, scheduling support, and documentation, then hand off the fully prepared referral to EMA for direct outreach. The role requires healthcare experience, strong multitasking across phone, data entry, and multiple systems (Google Workspace, Salesforce, EHR).

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Associate degree or medical/business office training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound calls from patients, families, providers, and health plans.
• Own direct referrals end to end from intake to scheduling and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-admission assessment and prepare referrals for outreach by EMA.
• Document call and intake details accurately in real time; maintain logs and contact lists.
• Follow scripts and quality standards; participate in coaching and team huddles.
