Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and scan required demographic and financial information.
• Direct patients to appropriate setting and communicate delays professionally.
• Estimate and collect copays, deductibles, and other patient financial obligations.
• Operate electronic registration tools (Wacoms, iPads) as available.
