Job summary

Responsibilities

• Capture and document patient demographics, subscriber, and insurance information in the EHR.
• Obtain complete insurance information and verify eligibility and benefits.
• Educate patients on billing process and refer to financial counseling when appropriate.
• Scan and attach registration documents to the patient record.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Financial/Healthcare related field
