Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish a positive first impression
• Handle patient questions and concerns; escalate as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA
• Schedule appointments and verify/collect demographics accurately
• Perform medical necessity checks and communicate options if needed
• Coordinate with hospital departments to guide patients through NMHC systems
• Complete out-of-pocket estimations and financial discussions with patients
• Participate in training and guidance as needed
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with policies and QA reviews
