Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a retail, office, or healthcare setting.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Ability to work two‑week rotation – schedule specified in the listing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and provide customer service with a professional, compassionate approach.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and guarantor information in the EMR.
• Assist with scheduling, forms, and documentation routing to the appropriate department.
• Assist with insurance verification, collect copayments, and educate patients on benefits and costs.
• Collaborate with team to resolve registration issues and support revenue cycle processes.
