Qualifications

• Strong data entry, numeric and computer navigation skills; basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect demographics and insurance information for patient registration and billing.
• Verify insurance benefits and determine patient financial responsibilities.
• Cross-train and support multiple areas; mentor peers when needed.
• Interact with other departments to communicate delays and schedule changes.
• Adhere to cash handling, privacy, and compliance policies during registration.
