Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Manager of Patient Access to lead admissions, registration and financial services at an acute care hospital location. The role requires coaching staff, improving patient experience, and ensuring accurate financial data through effective oversight.

The ideal candidate will have CRCR/CHAM certifications, a healthcare management background, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years management experience in healthcare.
• Experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred.
• Ability to balance numerous priorities and work with IT to meet department needs.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage admissions, registration, and financial services operations.
• Develop staffing plans and monthly department goals.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and provide interventions.
• Collaborate with Director of Patient Access to align processes with policies.
• Prepare and review performance data and reports for leadership.
