Qualifications

• CRCR certification required or preferred.
• CHAM certification required or preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Healthcare Management/Administration.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Patient Access experience and Call Center experience preferred.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to improve processes and manage teams.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage admitting, registration, and financial services departments at acute care locations.
• Coach and develop staff; set and monitor performance objectives.
• Prepare monthly departmental reports.
• Establish goals to optimize performance and meet financial objectives.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with IT to address department technology needs.
