Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to oversee the patient access/pre-access team and ensure efficient workflows that meet revenue cycle goals. You will manage scheduling, monitor KPIs, and coach staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development, coordinate with clients to optimize front-end processes, and contribute to exceptional patient experiences across healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree required or higher.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience in healthcare or business preferred.
• Strong knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, verification, and hospital billing.
• Advanced AI usage for process improvements and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient access/pre-access operations and staff performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and training; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Support onboarding and ongoing staff development; drive patient satisfaction and efficiency.
• Handle client-facing responsibilities and process improvements in front-end workflows.
