Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare or business.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the patient access team.
• Manage staff scheduling to minimize overtime.

• Monitor daily productivity and report key metrics.
• Lead on-call rotation and provide administrative guidance.
• Develop and track departmental process changes.
