Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Manager to oversee admitting, registration, and financial services across acute care locations. The role emphasizes regulatory alignment, KPI monitoring, and staffing development to drive efficiency and patient satisfaction.

The position requires 2–3 years of healthcare management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry.
• Patient Access experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft is a must.
• Ability to balance numerous priorities with strong prioritization skills.
• Ability to understand and work with IT to support department needs.
• Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience is highly preferred.
• Experience using AI for team management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage operations for admitting, registration, and financial services at acute care locations.
• Oversee staff training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Develop departmental staffing plans and monthly reports.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate daily staffing coverage.
• Analyze performance data to meet goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with ancillary departments to achieve revenue cycle goals.
• Provide coaching and interventions to ensure high performance.
