Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of administrative support, coach and mentor staff, and manage day-to-day performance. The role includes scheduling, PTO oversight, and monthly audits while coordinating with North Campus Patient Access.

The position requires a minimum of two years in a healthcare setting, with a possible Bachelor's degree substitution for experience. Shift coverage is 24/7 and weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' relevant experience in a health care setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Finance, or related field may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, screens and selects applicants for administrative support roles.
• Educates all staff on job processes and ensures proper training.
• Assigns and manages day-to-day workflow for staff and provides daily supervision.
• Develops clear goals and objectives for performance management and communicates accountability.
• Creates a culture of high employee engagement and supports staff performance improvements.
• Provides productivity reports and reviews customer service score cards for the department.
