Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of pre-registration, insurance verification, scheduling, authorization and financial counseling for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Manage non-clinical staff to promote productivity and satisfaction, and coordinate with physician practices and supporting departments.
• Provide on-site leadership, coaching and development of direct reports while driving process improvements and policy execution.
• Coordinate staffing, training and performance evaluations to ensure adequate coverage and timely service delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance patient and physician satisfaction.
