Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years supervisory experience in hospital-based setting.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient access functions including pre-registration, insurance verification, scheduling, authorization and financial counseling for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Lead and manage non-clinical staff to maximize productivity and patient/physician satisfaction.
• Provide on-site leadership, coaching, development and empowerment of direct reports.
• Coordinate process improvements and daily quality monitoring of key performance metrics in patient access.
