Under leadership, you will optimize resource use, oversee daily operations, support registration and financial counseling, ensure a customer-focused service culture, and uphold UPMC's core values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Access Department.
• Ensure staffing coverage for 24/7 hospital operations, including weekends and holidays.
• Lead recruitment with Talent Acquisition and manage HR documentation.
• Maintain KPI performance and budget reconciliation.
