Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing in accordance with workload and department requirements.
• Lead staff development, hiring and performance evaluations; manage attendance and productivity.
• Participate in frontend and backend financial clearance processes and payment approvals.
• Prioritize work queues and billing edits to meet hospital goals.
