Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years patient access experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Indiana Navigator Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end patient access operations and staffing.
• Perform audits of departmental outputs and ensure policy adherence.
• Train new staff and act as SME for frontline team.
• Resolve patient service complaints and maintain positive relations.
• Clear Epic work queues within department guidelines.
