Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead staffing, scheduling, and training across registration, scheduling, insurance authorization, and financial services. You will guide staff, set expectations, and help ensure timely access to care with a focus on accuracy and patient experience.

Collaborating with clinic and hospital leadership, you will monitor performance, analyze data, and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and reimbursement while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree in business/healthcare may be required.
• Four years of patient access or revenue cycle experience required.
• Two years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet department needs.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and other standards.
• Maintain dashboards to track productivity.
