Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital is hiring for a Patient Access Ops Coordinator. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage staff scheduling, and drive patient access efficiency while supporting compliance and training across the unit.

Hours are 9:30a-6p with rotating on-call weekends; benefits include tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, professional development and wellbeing funds, plus comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of increasingly responsible positions within a related health care or customer service setting.
• Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills and problem solving.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assists with training, progressive discipline, dismissals, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
• Schedule staff and allocate resources to maximize patient access satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure staff has access to necessary policies, training and resources; provide coaching and mentoring.
