CommonSpirit Health seeks a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Registration department, coordinating prior authorization and scheduling for staff and patients to ensure quick, accurate service. Qualifications

• Education: High School/Diploma/G.E.D.
• Knowledge of regulations related to Admissions and Financial requirements.
• Strong scheduling and registration background in EMR systems (Meditech and/or Epic), both on the phone and patient-facing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Registration department and monitor staff activities to ensure fast, accurate patient service.
• Coordinate prior authorization and scheduling processes for staff and patients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive high patient satisfaction.
• Assist in staffing decisions, budgeting, and regulatory compliance within the unit.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to staff.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes with on-the-job training.
